Check Availability
Instructions
Location Selection:
- Look for the "Location" field, which is a dropdown menu.
- Click on the dropdown menu, and select the desired location for your meeting from the available options. The options are:
- "Mehewara Piyesa Main Auditorium"
- "Mehewara Piyesa 30th floor Meeting Room"
- "Mehewara Piyesa 31st floor Recreational Area"
- Move to the "Date" field.
- Click inside the "Date" field, and a calendar will pop up.
- Choose the date for your meeting by clicking on it in the calendar.
- Locate the "Start Time" and "End Time" fields.
- Click inside the "Start Time" field and enter the starting time for your meeting.
- Click inside the "End Time" field and enter the ending time for your meeting.
- If you have any additional information or comments you'd like to include, find the "Additional info (Optional)" field.
- Click inside the text box labeled "Additional info."
- Type in any additional information or comments you want to provide.
- Below the form, you'll find a "Check availability" button.
- Click the "Check availability" button to check if the selected location and time slot are available for your meeting.
