Eligibility<\/h3>\n

Heirs are eligible to receive benefits in the event of the member’s death.<\/p>\n

If the member was unmarried, benefits will be disbursed to nominees, or in the absence of nominees, benefits will be paid to heirs. If the member was married, benefits will be paid to the valid nominee, or in the absence of a nominee, benefits will be refunded according to the inheritance law.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
