ELIGIBILITY<\/h3>\n

INSTANCES MEETING THE CRITERIA FOR CLAIM ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Transfer of institutions to government ownership<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conversion of a government-owned business undertaking into a public company <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Restructuring of institution\/ Nationalization<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Closure of Government Corporations <\/span> and statutory boards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In these circumstances, it is imperative for employees leaving their employment for the aforementioned reasons to obtain prior approval from the Commissioner General of Labour. Benefits will only be disbursed to employees who have secured the required approval.<\/p>\n

    Note: In all the mentioned instances, it is mandatory to have terminated the employment at the time of claiming benefits.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

    SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION:-<\/h3>\n

    • The completed application form should be personally submitted by the member to the nearest District Labour Office or Sub Labour Office in their residence during the office hours of a working day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
