The chairman Department procurement committee on behalf of the, Commissioner General of Labour now invites sealed bids for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Accessoriesfor Finger Print Project from eligible and qualified bidders possessing offered Brand minimum 10 years sales experience for Laptop Computers and 03 years sales experience of other accessories. Completedetails are included in the bidding document. All goods should be delivered to the below address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in the table below.

Bidders are allowed to quote one or more items. If any bidder quotes more items, one bid security can be submittedfor cumulative amount of bid security related to such items.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Chief Accountant, Finance division, 3rd floor, Department of Labour (Telephone 0112581393) and inspect the bidding documents free of charge from 9.00am to 2.00 pm on working days until 29thof November 2018
4. A complete set of Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Finance division upon submission of a written application on or before 3.00 pm on 29th of November 2018 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RS.5000/= (The payment will be made in cash).
5. Bids must be hand delivered or send by register post to the Finance division, 3rd floor, Department of Labour, Colombo05 on or before 30th November 2018at 10.00 am. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who wish to attend in person at the address given above after closing of bids.
6. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 19th of November at 10.00a.m. at 4th floor Auditorium, Department of Labour, Narahenpita, Colombo 05.
